Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started participating in fitness shows at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. As a teenager, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. This made her the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from the stage after earning her pro card to pursue the education. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After her first show she competed for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show saw her finish in third place. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by her performance. Ariel had to compete against some of the most top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the work outs. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
